RETURNS & REFUNDS
THE SHORT VERSION
- You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking page.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original pouch and box with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pieces that show signs of wear.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm your return and arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 working days.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.

Stack bundles
You can return a single piece from a stack bundle. The refund is that piece’s share of the bundle price, calculated in proportion to its regular price.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
