- Delivery in Dehradun is free on every order.
- Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹999.
- Orders ship within 24 hours on working days.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
You can check whether your pin code is serviceable at checkout before you pay.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on your order value and delivery location.

Processing time
We pack and ship orders within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships. Delays can happen during sales, festivals or bad weather.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, your order is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. A second shipping fee may apply for re-delivery.
